I enjoyed this book! There were a lot of things to like and I am really glad I took a chance reading this.
Selena isn't the common snarky college girl who hates the star athlete because of *reasons* or the nerdy straight-A student. She's quiet because she's been through something traumatic as a kid, she has failed some classes and a C+ is a good enough grade for her, and she actually had a crush on Hunter for some time before they ever had a conversation. She's not small, not big, but somewhere in the middle, she has stretch marks, and has lots of insecurities about her body. At the same time she can dirty talk like the best of them and there were times when she was confident about herself which I loved.
Hunter is an ideal boyfriend. I immediately liked him when he was first introduced because he was the type of guy who wanted to surprise his girlfriend by coming home early because he missed her after weeks of not seeing each other; not to mention, he's been in a relationship with her for 3 years. He was wonderful with Selena and it was no surprise that the one who messed up big on their relationship was her instead of him (although he did have his moment, too).
Overall, the plot was not too complicated and I loved that the story just revolved around Hunter and Selena's relationship.
The concept of Confidence NSFW was also interesting. I did worry a bit there when they were both developing feelings for two different people (before the reveal, when they didn't yet know that Hunter is HUNT4ALL and Selena is SENFULL94). I was expecting to see a bit of guilt on both their ends because if it was me, I'd definitely feel like I was stringing two people along or cheating. Or maybe that was just me.
Anyway, I would definitely reread this in the future when my craving for college sports romances strikes again.
