Dragon Ever After by Louisa Masters

I need more Percy and Brandt already! I just loved them so much!

I was so looking forward to this book coming out. As soon as a book for Percy was announced I was so happy. We met his love interest, Brandt, at the end of the last book. He is a dragon, and a the leader of his people. This is set 3 years from the last book where we saw Percy being replaced is the Lucifer, and replaced by Sam by the magic. He has been moving from place, to place since then, enjoying his retirement and the things he never got to do.

The book starts with a yong dragon landing on his roof, this leads him to once again coming into contact with Brandt. Percy is in Australia, and Brandt is there with the dragons father to bring him home. Sparks fly between the pair straight away.

Percy was just the Lucifer to us in the previous series, we didn't know much about him but that. We got to know a bit more about him in David's book due to him being his best friend. That really got me wanting to know about who Percy was as a person. Due to no longer being the Lucifer, he is just plain old Percy, felid shifter. He is so misunderstand by others due to how he acted as the Lucifer, but here thanks to Brandt, and David, we get to know the true Percy. He is kind, and caring, and this is seen by how he treats people. He is struggling with what to do with his life, he won't admit it, but he missing helping peolple, which David help him see. He was attracted to Brandt from the get-go, but due to what was happening at the time he couldnt do anything about it. He is still hurting from the loss of his best friend Lily who was killed 4 years eairler. I loved getting to know him, and his love for sexy panties!

Brandt was a bit of a mystery to us in the previous book, a bit like Percy really. Here we get to know a lot more about Dragon, who are so much like Hellhounds its scray! He is very fun loving, and cares deeply about his people. He was also attracted to Percy at first sight, but due to moving to a new home, and the threat still there that couldn't do anything. But now he is going in all guns blasing. He is so funny with the way he relentlessly pursues Percy.

They are so cute together, especially the way they flirt. As usual its the, let's just be sex-firends, but on no maybe let just be in a relationship instead. Percy is hesitant at first, but when he all in, he's all in. They are so hot togther, especially when Percy just let's go and Brandt takes over. They just work togther, both in, and out of the bedroom. I loved Percy's interactions with the other Dragons, his ex-Lucifer self shows threw in them times. You could see the love between them from miles off, they both needed each other to be complete. The way they flirted together was hilarious. After Percy let slip about, naked dragon rides, he could never live it down. Everyone knew straight away and tormented him to no ends. Those words he will never be able to get away from. Much like the interference from their friends, they knew too much about their sex lives for Percy's liking!

I adored the cast of characters in this book, especially Dustin, Brandts grandson. It was great catching up with everyone and seeing with how Sam is doing being the Lucifer. I loved the friendship between David and Percy, they were both there when the other needed them. david was the sound a reason Percy needs from time, to time! I hated Percy's twat of a dad. He only cared about himself, and his own image. He didn't car if his son was happy, so long Percy kept up the family name, married right, and produced kids to cary on the family name. It was so great when he got his comupence, go david!

Their happy ending was my favourite so far, and the book was the best so far. It was still funny, but it had a lot more romance than the other books. I can't wait for Dustin's book to come out. The 5 years later scene was just beautiful, the best ending I read in a long time.
SpoilerI can't believe they have a baby, or should I say Dragonnet togther! The birth of their daughter is beautiful, it so made me cry with happiness. I just loved that there was a way for them to have a biological child togther. It's amazing how it can happen. A bit of magic, and some dragon scales, and so long later an egg, then a baby! Can't believe that's how all dragons are born!

I kindly received a ARC from the author and this is my honest review.
