Secluded Cabin Sleeps Six
by Lisa Unger
This was my first time reading a book by Lisa Unger and I loved it. We are following several POVS as 6 people go for a weekend away in a secluded cabin. New mom Hannah and her husband Bruce are looking forward to spending time together with her brother and wife, along with her best friend Cricket and mysterious new boyfriend. It soon is clear that someone is wanting them to not have the best time and wishes harm to them. A storm is fast approaching and tensions are rising as the truth comes out. There were a lot of POVs and I thought that it was handled very well. The author does not immediately bring them all out instead we are given time to get to know the characters before a new POV is introduced. I read this book in almost one day and could not put it down. I thought the ending maybe was not my fav but it did not detract from it being a five star read. I will now be looking up more books by the author. If you like an isolated murder mystery this is the one for you.
