Charming Scottish Bastard by Melissa Blue

emotional funny hopeful lighthearted medium-paced

3.0

I enjoyed Grant and Tasha's book but I only realized after I started that i didnt read Mia's book! Even so I was able to read this one and not be lost. There's mention of how Mia and Kincaid met and Grant's brother and his fiance are quite present in this one, but I don't think they take away from Grant and Tasha's budding romance.

I liked how Grant wasn't afraid to speak his mind and bare his feelings, and the love for his family totally shone through.

I was glad to see a Baird appearance because I remember him from the previous Scots books. Such a meddler at times heheh. Tasha got a little taste of it and their bond was really sweet.

Tasha and Grant together were steamyyyy, and with most Melissa Blue books the sexy times were hot hot hot.

Now, i'm hoping we get an Isla book because Grant's sister shows up towards the end and something is going on with her, so I'm intrigued and hoping this is a set up for her own book.
