I love the characters in this series and how they're being developed. I can't believe I slept on this series until now, the intrigue is killer and the world is so present on the page.
I would say I found the plot a little less enjoyable than in Ninth House - I always get bored when characters move between the same couple of settings a lot. I thought Michelle's side plot didn't really get developed, especially for the ending it got. But I'm really curious about where we go from here. Much like the first book, the crew kind of accomplishes the main task but also generates way more problems.
