Under the Rainbow by Celia Laskey

4.0

3.5 rounded up for this zany debut that explores what it would be like for a queer couple and their straight daughter to move to the most homophobic town in America for two years. Told from alternating perspectives we get to see what life in Big Burr, Kansas is like for straight and queer people of different ages. This one has been on my #tbr for ages and I'm glad I finally took the time to read it. It was excellent on audio with a full cast of talented narrators who really bring the story to life.
