I Accidentally Summoned A Demon
by Jaide Harley
Adorably heartwarming and charming!
Oh my heart! This book was absolutely so cute and heartwarming! I needed a bit of a breather in between the very heavy dark fantasy romance books I’ve been reading and I somehow stumbled across this gem of a book and I am so happy I did! This book reminded me of the fun rom-coms of my teen and early adult years mixed with the incredibly underrated Brendan Fraser, Elizabeth Hurley cult classic Bedazzled. Katherine, a very innocent, very virginal, shy young woman accidentally summons a demon from hell one stormy night while she’s practicing for an audition for a play. What transpires next is a funny, spicy, romantic, and sometimes heartbreaking story of not judging a book by its cover and always treating people (or demons) the way you’d like to be treated. This book was the epitome of “romantasy” in my opinion and I’m seriously considering my hand at summoning my own Nex…
