I think the world building in this is very deep, but somewhat confusing. It might be because I didn't read the first book in the Mercy series, or because I was listening to it in audiobook and might have missed some finer details.

However, the story was great. Each character is so individual, and the way it all pulls together at the end is amazing. It isn't just Anna and Charles' story, it's about pack too.
