Oh where do I begin? Where is the mob aspect in this book. Other than writing "the family", the mob part didn't come in until about 90%, and even then it was really weak. For the most part, they run a totally legal casino. Disappointing. I get that Anya was brainwashed by the cult, but she made some really dumb decisions and I wanted to smack her for them. Carlo was so childish. I want Anya, so I'm going to stay away. I've been made to do horrible things, blah blah blah. When he finally did something a grown man would in the book, I was impressed enough to raise my eyebrows, but other than that, meh. Weak romance. Weak action.
