This book is great for people who do not value sleep and need to be convinced otherwise, but, as someone who already valued sleep and was just looking for some tips to help my partner with his insomnia, it wasn't helpful. The notes I took could have easily been condensed into an generic sleep article, of which hundreds already exist on Google. I adore Arianna Huffington, but she is not a sleep expert and most of her advice for improvement of sleep is anecdotal, though she clearly did lots of research to prove sleep, in itself, is invaluable.
