Under One Roof by Ali Hazelwood

5.0

OH MY GOD. Please picture me screaming into my pillow and pulling my hair out in my bed at 3 in the morning because Ali Hazelwood has me in a chokehold.

I’m not one for novellas. I don’t do novellas. I don’t like ‘em. But did I just give 5 stars to Under One Roof by Miss Hazel-fucking-Wood? You bet I did.

This little book right here is fantastic. The characters are adorable, they’re funny and oh-so touching. I loved this novella so much more than The Love Hypothesis.

Now I know lots of people on Goodreads shit on this book and to be honest I didn’t expect to like it as much as I did but there’s just something about it that had me squealing and giggling like a damn idiot.

I found the rambling adorable, the hesitation, the tension, the pining, the uncertainty, the I-want-to-ask-you-to-stay-but-don’t-know-how-to… THIS is why I love romcoms.

Also, I absolutely loved Liam. Hey Liam, marry me already… pretty please?

Oh and the demisexual rep? I can only presume that’s what it was, I might be wrong. BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVED TO SEE IT (kind of made me want to cry)
