I listened to the audiobook version of Jasper by Lulu Moore.  This book was full of great characters, that are available to read about in her other books.  With each mention of the characters I kept thinking, I can’t wait to read about them!  The narrators, Alyssa Avery and Bradley Ford did a great job of making you feel a part of the story.  You feel like they’re your friends telling you their love story.   I was impressed with both narrators as Wolfie is British and Jasper, American, and Alyssa Avery used a pretty spot on American male accent when she had to read for Jasper and Bradley Ford used a nice British female accent when he had to read Wolfie’s dialogue.  Sometimes when a male narrator has to read female dialogue and vice versa, it can really take someone out of the story, but these two did a great job.

This book is a sloooow burn.  There were times I was like come on, Wolfie get your guy, but it was all so worth it.  There was a lot of humor and banter between Wolfie and Jasper and the chemistry was amazing.  The side characters were so fun and I do have some favorites (*cough* Drew *cough*), so if you need an amazing friend group, you’re going to want to jump into these books.    If you love a slow burn with a delicious payoff, definitely give this one a listen.
