Vanishing Girls by Lauren Oliver

Quick and enjoyable YA thriller! This story switches perspectives primarily between Nick and her younger sister Dara, with occasional additions of newspaper articles and emails from other characters. It switches timelines from before the accident, and after the accident. I thought overall the fluidity of the narrations was really well done and how after the big reveal near the end I could look back at specific scenes and it would all still make sense.
Overall really enjoyed this book and it mostly had me hooked, there were moments of impatience where I found myself skipping paragraphs because I just wanted to find out what was happening. The plot twist was good but also I feel like has been done before with many other popular books, so I wasn't necessarily surprised by it. But all in all, was a solid quick read with a good plot and characters I felt drawn to.
