The Stonecutter by Camilla Läckberg

4.0

This book was really well written and engaging. I haven't read any other books by Camilla Läckberg, but I didn't feel confused by picking the series up in the middle. There were a lot of characters to keep track of at times, and unlike most books, a lot of them I didn't see the connections, but they made sense by the end. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the motive for the "main" crime, the crime that starts the investigation isn't really fully/truly explained. Läckberg does provide the background for the motive, but I still felt that it wasn't that strong. Just my two cents ˆ.ˆ
