Thank you#NetGalley for the advanced reader audio edition.

Wow! Just wow! This book takes the reader on a raw and inspiring read about the restaurant world. Learning about the variety of jobs Ms.Woolever held throughout her career was eye-opening and thrilling. There were some laugh out loud sections and some cringe-worthy moments to boot. Although I know who many of the chefs mention in this memoir are from TV like so many others. This work gave you insight to each of those chefs lives, careers and the opportunities they gave to others. I was not surprised to learn about some of the darker aspects of the field like lack of pay, sex, drugs, and alcohol usage. I highly recommend the audiobook listening to Ms. Woolever read her story. Really brings it to life. If you love a great memoir give this one a ride.
