I accidentally paid for kindle unlimited (I thought I cancelled it, but turns out I just froze it) so I needed something quick to read… obviously a romcom. I’ve seen Abby Jimenez around lately but never looked into her books, then I saw some of them on the membership AND there was a dog on the cover / in the blurb. She got a deal there. It was a pleasant read and exactly what I wanted, not too cringey, not necessarily unrealistic either. I’d be very happy to read more of her books when if I’m looking for something lighthearted.
