I am speechless......the ending to this book shook me. I'm definitely ready to continue on in this series. 
There is action, romance (although miniscule), betrayal, heartbreaking moments, and so much more! There are some moments that were a little difficult to get through because of too much detail, but most of it flowed easily! 
Obviously, read Red Rising first if you haven't already, but I'd definitely recommend giving this book a shot even if you weren't 100% on board with the first book!! 
Recommend for anyone who loves sci-fi! There is a lot of cursing.
