The Happiness Project: Or Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun by Gretchen Rubin

The Happiness Project gave me a lot to think about. I’m going to start a project of my own. I appreciate that the author did all of the research for me :). Seriously, this book is an excellent read for anyone looking to add more happiness to your life. I won’t do the same things Gretchen did, but I can learn from her choices and experiences to create a project of my own. I don’t often (ever?) give nonfiction a 5 star rating, but this book earned it because it really made me think about what I want and can do in my life.
