 Overall I enjoyed this fantasy and the world that was created. The thing that feel short for me was the romance aspect, more so the spice (which I'm not opposed to, just the way innuendos, especially in the first chapter or 2, made you feel like you were getting lots of spice but never got it (which I was thankful for) plus it didn't line up with the character that was saying them). 

The world was an interesting one and I would read the next book.
