The Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner

Did not finish book. Stopped at 5%.

I am here for a girl-power, self-discovery story, which is what I assume the rest of this novel is. However, the self-discovery in question hinges on a cheating husband and a possible pregnancy, which are two tropes I can't deal with right now (or in general really... they're tired). The prose is nice so I might pursue other Sarah Penner works, but yeah. Not this one.
