This book is an ok surface read. “Jacks did this and then I did that and then she said something” but it doesn’t give you any back story, zero world building so you don’t really know what’s going on aside from the present page, not a very in depth book. The story was good enough I wanted to know what happens, but was super disappointed to get to the end and still not have any answers. Not sure I’ll read the next ones to find out.
