The Oracle Glass by Judith Merkle Riley

Did not finish book. Stopped at 39%.
I picked this one up for the disabled protagonist square of my book bingo, but if I shuffle some things around I think I can reasonably argue I've already completed it. It's got an older narrator recounting the events of her life, but even in hindsight she seems to gloss over all sorts of obvious details in a way that feels like a rather transparent authorial attempt to create tension. The setting and premise had the potential to be brilliant, but overall it simply didn't grab me.
