The Guest List

I loved this book so much! I am now listening to another one by the same author - [b:The Hunting Party|37642030|The Hunting Party|Lucy Foley|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1569862373l/37642030._SY75_.jpg|59229722].
This book follows a few different individuals on a wedding weekend, taking place on an island off the coast of Ireland in a large manor called The Folly. We get to hear the perspectives of Hannah, the wife of the bride's best friend; Jules, the bride; Olivia, her sister; Johnno, the best man; and Aoife, the wedding planner. Jules is marrying a TV celebrity named Will, who has charmed everyone around him. Or so it seems.
As the story unravels, you discover that these characters are connected in ways even they don't know. As they discover more, so do you. It ends up being absolutely impeccable, the way it all comes together was absolutely masterful. I connected with Hannah - insecure and trying her best to be what she thinks her husband needs; Olivia - afraid to speak her truth for fear of retribution; and even Johnno - the screw-up who never could compare to his enigmatic best friend, Will.
I loved this book and look forward to reading Foley''s other mysteries!
