Brim Over Boot by Emmy Sanders
4.5
I knew this book would deliver because every Emmy Sanders novel I’ve read has showcased her deft hand with a love story, but this was even better than I imagined. It gave me everything I want from a cowboy romance, and I could see these men amongst plains and mountains and hear the crunch of dirt under boots as easily as if I stood in their world myself.
These characters are beautifully defined and addicting. I loved the initial collision of Noah’s smug self-assurance with Colt’s prickly aggression, and I loved watching them melt into one another even more. There’s so much heat and tenderness in their romance, and, like I’ve come to expect from this author, the journey is laugh-out-loud funny. The side characters are just as endearing, and even though I’ve started the series out of order, I can’t wait to go back and read Jackson and Ash’s book.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one!
***Screaming, squealing, sliding off my furniture, punching pillows, giggling, swooning, cackling, punching another pillow, tearing up while I give it a round of applause***
