I go way back with this book, as have many. I started reading when Jordan uploaded this onto Quizilla, and eventually followed her when she moved to Wattpad.
I feel as if this was a defining story of my early teenage years. Before I found other sites, reading Jordan's stories was all I ever did. I would read and reread all day. She gave me a ton of inspiration as a writer. Seeing her on goodreads now as an author makes me feel so nostalgic.
So this considered, I have only good things to say about Jordan's novels. Her stories are always original, and I fall in love with all of the characters. This story was the first I read, and it's very enjoyable. I'm not sure how realistic it is exactly (I still laugh and roll my eyes at the whole "ex-gangster" thing for some reason) but it's highly entertaining nonetheless.
It's a strange feeling, knowing people will be able to buy this book and read the whole thing in one night. It makes me think back to the years I spent waiting day by day for Jordan to upload another chapter.
I highly recommend all of Jordan's novels!
