Day 7 by Kerry Drewery

4.0

"It's black or white. Guilty or not guilty. No grey, no reasons. Yes or no, without explanation. The law states an eye for an eye."

This is the second installment in the trilogy. The book follows pretty much the same structure as the first. After the events in Cell 7, the people speaking out are being captured and silenced. But now people are starting to listen, allies are coming out of the woodwork. Will it be enough?
Once again, I flew through this one. The tense atmosphere makes you feel like you're really there sitting in the cell with Isaac; running and planning with Martha; and sympathising with the silenced. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this and I can't wait to read the next one.
