A Botanical Daughter was a perfect spooky spring novel. A mix of Frankenstein and The Ruins, with the character dynamic of Interview with the Vampire.

Beautiful and tragic, Jennifer and Chloe. Gregor and Simon, disturbed but loyal companions.
