TW for Book: Sex, Violence and threats of SA/Rape.
Definitely a favorite among the series. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Relationships with Mistral and Shalto pick up in this book. Merry has started to figure out who she loves and is willing to let go of and see happiness being put on their face by another and who she wishes desperately to keep- even knowing only 1 may stay in the end. Power has become a huge obstacle in this book- being unpredictable and unprecedented. Mistral is a favorite character of mine. The touches of BDSM in their scene is tantalizing and intriguing. His power and personality gives a lot to the imagination. But I am always voting for a throuple between Doyle, Frost and Merry.
