I will read anything Rebekah Weatherspoon writes. I adored Xeni, so it was a delight to see her pop up in this book.
I mean, I don’t think you will find a better nanny/employer book, not that I’ve read any apart from this. But THAT is how confident I am that this is the best.
Rafe himself was unbelievable hot, and we got plenty of the female gaze as Sloan raked her eyes up and down that 6’5” hunk of finely chiseled man. He was ABSOLUTELY too good to be true, but this is romance — we live for this shit.
So yeah, Rafe was hot and sweet, Sloan was hot and brilliant, and the kids were hilarious and well written. There was one scene I loved: She sees Rafe tying her daughter’s shoe and thinks, “That’s it. I am for sure having sex with him TONIGHT.”
The ending was a little abrupt, but I’ll only dock it a half star for that.
