Honestly, I don’t know what I was expecting with this book. Maybe more of an analysis of life from someone who suffers from severe anxiety? I’m not sure but I do know that this was better. This book was funny while still being impactful and covering some very sensitive topics. A lot of the antidotes feel very much like what’s it’s like to get stuck in an anxiety loop where your brain takes you on a crazy ride of “what the hell?” which gives this book a very relatable quality. Definitely worth the read in my opinion and I highly recommend the audiobook that is read by the author.
