Lost in the Moment and Found by Seanan McGuire

3.0

I feel like I've had a love-dislike relationship with the recent books in this series. McGuire has such cool ideas and compelling characters at times, but then she'll go and spend sooo much time either on the build-up to something, or saying the same idea over and over again in different ways. While it's definitely one way to emphasize something there are definitely more eloquent ways to make your point. Although this wasn't as tedious as it was in "Across the Green Grass Fields" I still felt like there was a lot of time spent at the beginning and middle of this book that could have been condensed down to allow other scenes to be built up and let the ending have a little longer to breathe.
