I needed an in between book, and this served that purpose BUT it was tough to get through. In the beginning I thought it was humorous and interesting, and VERY quickly the sarcasm of the characters got old really fast. The major plot of this book is world building but for the majority of the book I was waiting for something climactic to happen and it wasn’t until the last 50 pages where the real climax actually took place. I actually do think this could have been a better book if it was longer and more thought out beyond the punch lines and sarcasm.
