So, I don't normally read too much SFF as it's not my favourite genre, but I have been lucky to come across some great books that have helped me look at SFF in a different light. This is one of those books. It's paced wonderfully and the world-building is fantastic, with lots of escapades, and skin-of-their-teeth escapes that kept me entertained throughout. I'll definitely be picking up the second book in the series to continue the adventure.
