Pandora's Jar by Natalie Haynes

4.0

AHH I love Natalie Haynes and the way she still manages to breathe fresh life into-or bring forgotten facets forward-the Greek myths; despite how familiar I've become with them over the years, and how much I've grown to love them, this book taught me so much about the women we've pushed to the sidelines or villified, the ones we've forgotten entirely and the ones who paint pictures of our society even still. Haynes' wry and feminist voice is so refreshing! Really enjoyed this, especially the chapter on Eurydice!
