Even better than book 1 in my opinion. We got to see the development of Bitty's relationships through his last two years, and the message is so powerful: it is easier to be present in your life and do things well the less you have to restrict your identity and self-expression. It was a good portrayal of the mental burden placed on queer people and the mental realestate taken up by hiding parts of yourself, navigating added tensions on your relationships, processing and responding to micro and macro aggressions towards you, and so many more things in addition to the normal stresses of being a person and a college student and a partner, etc. My one thing with these books is that I wish the tweets were interspersed throughout rather than at the end, but I did enjoy a lot in this book that the vlog scripts were integrated into each chapter.
