I've loved watching Kat grow throughout the trilogy. A bit darker than the first two, but quite satisfying.

Except for the part where the guy who has been following Kat and trying to kill her for 90% of the story is suddenly, unquestionably redeemed because he is an angsty teen who was misled by the real Bad Guy. And then naturally he's also set up as her love interest because it's okay, it was all just a misunderstanding. Obviously I had problems with this, but it didn't ruin my overall enjoyment of the book/series.
