3.5

It was an engaging book, and I enjoyed reading about the characters and their interactions with each other. The need to normalise discussions about mental health and the need to be perfect is an important one to talk about. This book never felt like a PSA about therapy, which was refreshing. I did feel like it dragged on in the middle a bit; I thought the story could have ended about two times. But the last third of the novel was engaging, and I liked how it all wrapped up.
