Truly, Madly, Deeply by Alexandria Bellefleur
Rating: 4.5/5
Tropes: Enemies-to-friends-to-lovers, second-chances, HEA, slow burn.

To say I was smitten with Truly, Madly, Deeply is an absolute understatement of the year.

Truly, a queer historical romance author, believes in all the whimsicalness of true love. The foundation for this belief stemming from her parent’s marriage of 33 years, until that all changes of course.

Truly was such a great character. Alexandria did an amazing job in creating a FMC that you can just connect with on every level, and shall I dare say it? She’s just normal. The MMC, Colin, was just *chefs kiss*. Where can I find one of him for me??

This was my first read from Alexandra Bellafleur and I was not disappointed at all. And after the slump I’ve been through, this was 100% what I needed.

I highly recommend Truly, Madly, Deeply if you’re looking for a feel good romance with a healthy (and heavy dash) of spice.
