Ten years ago four boys shot a pregnant elk. Now things are going wrong in their lives. 

I thought that this book was pretty good. The horror was done in a really interesting way and the characters were really interesting. I was a bit confused about the presence of basketball but it was really interesting to read. 

Overall, a pretty good horror novel.
