part of me is disappointed with this book, the whole law suit thing really annoyed me! I'm reading a book about a hellspawn, werewolf and ghoul ffs, I don't want to even think about court!
I'm satisfied with the ended I suppose, Cody was obviously the end game and j would have been annoyed if he wasn't. I don't think we needed a love triangle though, I didn't find Stefan very likable, he's a walking cliché imo.... I did really like Cooper though, he was very likable.
I wish the series had more oomph to it, daisy was very lucky throughout the series that she had a lot of friends to rely on. The seemed to do all the work! Nevertheless I enjoyed the books, the world Carey created is brilliant, I love reading all things supernatural and you can tell a lot of research went into it. I just needed less of hearing about Stefan's pupils and Gilmore Girls ( which I do love BTW, but her references to it needs to be toned down!)
