I could not stop reading. I really loved (or hated) the characters. World building and explanations were seamlessly intertwined with the story and made it really enjoyable. The only thing I do not like (I know it is really personal) is that it is not a standalone, no cliffhanger but I really want to know what happens next! (Which I think is is a good thing about the book in the end) 
I cannot wait for the next book.
