I really liked it. Pressfield, author of a couple of my favorite novels, discusses all the things that keep writers from applying themselves to their work, referring to the whole thing as "resistance." It's an effective way to look at how to develop a good writer's work ethic, how to romance the muse, and why writer's block is curable (and preventable) affliction.
I withhold the fifth star because there's some rambling involved, and some mystical stuff I can't get onboard with. But overall, its sound advice from a proven professional.
This book will benefit those who simply can't seem to find the time and/or motivation to get out of their own way and write that book.
