With a new creative team and a new story arc, the creators deliver a dramatic confrontation that strikes at the core of who Arrow is.
There are some sudden shifts in storytelling early on, which I'm guessing relate to larger DC plots that I haven't been reading. The art is also a mix of some fantastic visuals with some that didn't quite work for me.
But the main arc of this volume is complex, dark, and strongly delivered by all the creators involved--making this a solid follow-up to the previous installments in this series.
