I liked this series when I first started it and read the first two in a couple of days. It took me a lot longer to get through this one and I just felt like not much happened in it. At least not until the end of the story. I liked the idea of bringing another character,Jude, in to the mix. I hope Alyson Noel does more with him because I found him interesting. It made the character Ever seem a lot more normal, well as normal as she can be any way! I am still going to read the next one and see what happens. I'm just starting to feel like there hasn't been much character growth.
There is one pet peeve of mine through out the book but I can over look it for the story that's going on it. She tends to over state characteristics of certain character particularly the twins. I get that they have razor sharped bangs.
