This is a second chance Mafia romance. It's the second book in this series and I'd definitely recommend reading the first book, the characters are involved in this story. The couples are very different and so is dynamic between the characters. This story has a more Sirius tone. 
I had the pleasure to discuss this book with my therapist since the horrible mafia boss ain't got nothing on my father. Yeah me!
