This is a great graphic novel! It's so progressive not just because it's about a knight being a girl and not needing a man to save her, but also because the knight is a poc. They could've easily made her white but they didn't. I loved that. Adrienne is such an inspiring and much needed character for girls and young women because she's smart and stands up for herself. Every feminist should read this book. I'm excited to see what happens next.
