I love personality books - this test divides people into four tendencies: Obliger, Questioner, Rebel, and Upholder. I'm an obliger. Bill is a questioner with strong rebel tendencies. It was really interesting. I particularly liked how she talked about making signs appeal to all four tendencies and have been trying to use that when I put out calls to action.
