The Switch by Beth O'Leary

4.0

Another excellent listen. I really like Ms O'Leary's stories, funny but yet they have serious overtones. In this one, Leena & Eileen Cotton, granddaughter and grandmother swap living spaces for two months. Grandmother Eileen heads to London to live in Leena's shared flat and Leena moves back home to her Grandmother's house. The influences they have on each other's neighbours teaches them they still have a lot to learn about life, love and coping with tragedy. The narration is excellent especially Alison Steadman who plays the part of Eileen. I will continue to be on the lookout for more works by this author.
