Yeah, I don't think this is the series for me. I think what turns me off the most is Alto. He's a character very clearly being used to endear the series to the reader, and it feels very empty to me. He's just chock full of tropes and forced good acts, like giving a random character he meets on the street a meal. It just doesn't come across as genuine. Tau's pretty cool and I like how badass the other female characters are as well, but that's about it. I won't be continuing this series.
