Remember: The Science of Memory and the Art of Forgetting by Lisa Genova
4.0
I took a lot away from this book. What I appreciated the most was her everyday examples while discussing memory and forgetting. You do not have to be a neuroscientist to understand the information she is sharing.
Big takeaways for me include:
I no longer need to apologize for my love of sleep.
I no longer need to apologize for the time I spend running.

"But even on the day she died, she knew she was loved. She didn't know who we were, but she loved us back."
